You can set the sending schedule for daily weekly or monthly depending on how often you publish and when you want your newsletters sent out. See more about the best time to send emails below.
Go to MailPoet >> Newsletters and click Create a new email…
Select Automatic newsletter, a schedule and select the list you want to send to.
You can add the following code to your newsletter subject field to automatically add the post title.
Click the Next Step button.
First you want to drag and drop a Titles & Text area for both the top and bottom areas. Here you want to customize your greeting and sign-off messages.
In the center we’re going to drag and drop in a section called Automatic blog content.
You can customize the latest blog posts area to your liking but the idea is to get your readers to click through and read the entire article and post a comment or question.

You may be tempted to start adding social bookmarks and other content but if you want to increase the click-through rate to your blog articles it’s best to keep it as simple as possible.
You can also customize the text, link colors and other styling by clicking on the Styles tab.
Once you have settled on a style and look for one newsletter you can duplicate it for any others you want to send out. This creates a consistent look and feel for all your emails.
Click the Next Step button.
Send yourself a test email so you can check how it looks in your email client, browser and mobile device.
Once you are happy just click the Activate Now button.
Now when you publish a new post on your site a summary of the content will be sent out at the day and time you selected.

The data research shows that the best time to send emails is during the work week in the mid-morning. So this means send you should try to send emails around 8am – 10am from Monday to Thursday. People naturally start to land around Friday and their attention is least receptive on the weekends.
